ku9r Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement applicable between ku9r ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). ku9r operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh.

These terms must be read together with the ku9r Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents form an inseparable part of this agreement. Using the platform means you are accepting all of these terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to the ku9r website, mobile version and all related services. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time and notice of changes will be provided in due course.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. On any matter, the interpretation of ku9r shall be final.

To play on the ku9r platform you must create a valid account. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. ku9r reserves the right to terminate the account if false information is provided.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one ku9r account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently terminated and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, ku9r may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Proof of ownership of payment method

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login information confidential. Giving a third party access to your account is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify the support team immediately.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register on the ku9r platform or use any of its services. We may request relevant documents at any time to verify age. If a minor registers, their account and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

In addition, the platform may not be used from any location where online gaming is legally prohibited. Users bear the responsibility of ensuring compliance themselves.

Transactions on the ku9r platform can be made easily via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The payment method used for deposits must belong to the account holder.
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.
• The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit.
• Once the deposit amount is confirmed, it will be credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• If an active bonus is present, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• ku9r reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method.

4.3 Erroneous Transactions

Any funds credited due to a technical error or by mistake may not be used. Such errors must be reported to the support team immediately. ku9r reserves the right to correct any erroneous transaction.

ku9r offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times, meaning the bonus funds become withdrawable after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met.
• If any fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• If a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, the same IP address or the same device, all bonuses will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

ku9r's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier. Higher tiers offer greater benefits. All decisions regarding VIP tier assignment are at the discretion of ku9r management.

6.1 Game Fairness

All our games are operated by certified technology providers. Game results are completely random and not predetermined. If you have a complaint about a game result, please contact our support team.

6.2 Data Security

Members' personal and financial information is stored with the highest level of security. Information is not shared with third parties — exceptions apply only in cases of legal obligation or identity verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9r platform. Violating these restrictions will result in immediate account termination.

• Misusing the bonus system or attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing, deceiving or causing harm to other members.
• Operating an account under a third party's identity.
• Providing false or misleading information.

ku9r may suspend or permanently terminate an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If fraud or deceptive activity is suspected.
• If identity verification fails.
• If the account remains inactive for a long period.
• If the member requests closure of their own account.

8.1 Balance After Termination

If an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of terms, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided. If termination occurs due to fraudulent activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.

• Issues with the member's own device or network.
• Losses caused by member negligence or incorrect information.
• Unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).

ku9r's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

ku9r reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request that your account be closed.
